For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in shredded coconut and chopped pecans. Spread the mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and caramel sauce over the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
