No Bake Cranberry Butterscotch Pie

A creamy, tangy, and sweet pie with cranberries and butterscotch flavors, perfect for the holidays.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup butterscotch chips, melted
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in melted butterscotch chips, dried cranberries, whipped topping, and vanilla extract. Pour the filling into the chilled crust.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
