For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup butterscotch chips, melted
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in melted butterscotch chips, dried cranberries, whipped topping, and vanilla extract. Pour the filling into the chilled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
