For the Crust:
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and crushed graham crackers. Mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Optionally, roll in extra coconut for a snowier appearance.
