For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix crushed Butterfinger, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup caramel sauce in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, dip each ball to coat, then drizzle with extra caramel. Chill until set.
