No Bake Caramel Crunch Butterfinger Truffles

Easy no-bake truffles with a crunchy Butterfinger center, coated in chocolate and drizzled with caramel.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix crushed Butterfinger, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup caramel sauce in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, dip each ball to coat, then drizzle with extra caramel. Chill until set.
