For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp berry jam (for glaze)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into a tart pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese filling over the crust. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Arrange fresh berries on top. Warm the berry jam and brush lightly over the berries for a glaze.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
