No-Bake Berry Cream Cheese Tart

A creamy, no-bake tart with a crunchy crust and fresh berry topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp berry jam (for glaze)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into a tart pan to form the crust.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling over the crust. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Arrange fresh berries on top. Warm the berry jam and brush lightly over the berries for a glaze.
  6. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
