No-Bake Berry Cream Cheese Tart

A creamy, fruity tart with a crunchy crust that requires no baking.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a tart pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Top with fresh berries and drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
