No-Bake Berry Cream Cheese Tart

A delicious and easy no-bake tart with a creamy filling and fresh berries.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  5. Before serving, top with fresh berries and drizzle with honey if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
