- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 11 oz butterscotch chips
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Use the double boiler method to melt peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips together until smooth.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in mini marshmallows until they are coated with the melted chocolate mixture.
- Gently fold in the M&Ms to distribute evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 pan and press down lightly to even out the surface.
- Allow bars to cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Use festive colored mini marshmallows for holiday-themed bars. Avoid refrigerating to keep bars soft and chewy. Use a double boiler to avoid scorching chocolate.
