M M M Marshmallow Dream Bars

Smooth and silky chocolate, butterscotch, peanut butter and loaded with fluffy little marshmallows in a festive 5-ingredient bar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 11 oz butterscotch chips
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Use the double boiler method to melt peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips together until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately stir in mini marshmallows until they are coated with the melted chocolate mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the M&Ms to distribute evenly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 pan and press down lightly to even out the surface.
  5. Allow bars to cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Use festive colored mini marshmallows for holiday-themed bars. Avoid refrigerating to keep bars soft and chewy. Use a double boiler to avoid scorching chocolate.
