Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place mini pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush each crust with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Arrange brie slices evenly over the crusts, then sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
