Irresistible Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Pies

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into mini pie pans or muffin tins to form crusts. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream separately, then fold into peanut butter mixture.
  3. Spoon filling into chilled crusts. Melt chocolate chips and spread over each pie. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
