			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into mini pie pans to form crusts.
- Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into peanut butter mixture.
- Spoon filling into crusts and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle over chilled pies before serving.
