Irresistible Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Pies

Decadent mini pies with a chocolate crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and a rich chocolate topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into mini pie pans to form crusts.
  2. Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spoon filling into crusts and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle over chilled pies before serving.
