Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Pies

Delicious mini pies with a chocolate crust and creamy peanut butter filling.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted (for topping)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into mini pie pans or muffin tins to form crusts.
  2. In a bowl, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the crusts. Drizzle melted chocolate on top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
