For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted (for topping)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into mini pie pans or muffin tins to form crusts.
- In a bowl, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the crusts. Drizzle melted chocolate on top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
