Mini Chocolate Coconut Pecan Tarts

Delicious bite-sized tarts with a rich chocolate, coconut, and pecan filling in a buttery crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini tart pan or muffin tin.
  2. In a food processor, pulse flour and butter until crumbly. Add cold water gradually until dough forms. Roll out and press into tart molds.
  3. In a bowl, mix chocolate chips, coconut, pecans, brown sugar, cream, and vanilla. Spoon filling into tart shells.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until crust is golden and filling is set. Let cool before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
