For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini tart pan or muffin tin.
- In a food processor, pulse flour and butter until crumbly. Add cold water gradually until dough forms. Roll out and press into tart molds.
- In a bowl, mix chocolate chips, coconut, pecans, brown sugar, cream, and vanilla. Spoon filling into tart shells.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until crust is golden and filling is set. Let cool before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
