For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press 1 tablespoon into each liner to form crusts.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Divide filling among crusts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
