For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 box instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottoms of 12 lined muffin cups and bake for 5 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare banana pudding with cold milk according to package instructions. Layer each crust with cheesecake filling, banana slices, and pudding. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
