- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
