  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
