Marry Me Chicken Pasta – Creamy Garlic Parmesan

A rich and creamy garlic parmesan pasta with tender chicken that’s so delicious it might just get you a proposal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add heavy cream, parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sauce thickens slightly (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
