For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add heavy cream, parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sauce thickens slightly (about 3-4 minutes).
- Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
