Mango Cheesecake Delight

A creamy and refreshing mango cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Blend in mango puree and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
