Mango Cheesecake Delight

A creamy, no-bake cheesecake with a sweet mango swirl and a buttery graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for mango swirl)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Spoon half the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Swirl in half the mango puree mixed with powdered sugar. Repeat layers and swirl with a knife. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
