			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1 cup mango puree
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for mango swirl)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
- Spoon half the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Swirl in half the mango puree mixed with powdered sugar. Repeat layers and swirl with a knife. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
