For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 6 tbsp melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined. Pour over crust.
- In a small bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, and 2 tbsp melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
