Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter to form crust. Press into an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Bake crust for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream or yogurt. Beat until smooth.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the baked crust.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Bake for an additional 30-40 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
