Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups

Decadent brownie cups filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with chocolate chips and nuts.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix brownie mix, oil, water, and 1 egg until combined. Fill each liner 2/3 full with batter.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and remaining egg until smooth. Spoon over brownie batter.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
  5. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
