Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups

Decadent individual desserts featuring a fudgy brownie base, creamy cheesecake layer, and toppings of chocolate chips, caramel, and pecans.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required oil, eggs, and water)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Whipped cream for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about 1/3 full. Bake for 12 minutes.
  3. While brownies bake, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Remove partially baked brownies from oven. Spoon cheesecake mixture over each brownie base, then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until cheesecake is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with pecans, and top with whipped cream.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
