Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups

Decadent brownie cups filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with chocolate chips and caramel drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required ingredients listed on box)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions.
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup 2/3 full with brownie batter.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheesecake mixture into each brownie cup. Top with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
