For the Crust:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus required ingredients listed on box)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup 2/3 full with brownie batter.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheesecake mixture into each brownie cup. Top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with whipped cream before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
