Ingredients

  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Caramel sauce, for drizzling
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, egg, and water until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy and lump-free.
  4. Fill each liner halfway with brownie batter, then add a spoonful of cheesecake mixture.
  5. Swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
  6. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake 20–22 minutes, until centers are set.
  8. Cool completely, refrigerate 30 minutes, then drizzle with caramel and chocolate before serving.

Notes

Use a hand mixer for the cream cheese mixture to achieve a silky consistency. For a marbled effect, swirl the batter and filling together gently. The cups should be cooled completely and refrigerated before serving for best results.
