- 1 tbsp lemon zest (freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 whole banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
- 1 cup soy milk (or preferred plant milk)
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional )
- ⅓ cup protein powder (unflavored) (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend till smooth.
