Lemon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest (freshly grated)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 1 cup soy milk (or preferred plant milk)
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional )
  • ⅓ cup protein powder (unflavored) (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend till smooth.
