Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups Christmas M&M's
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
- 2 tablespoons red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl halfway through.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients slowly until just combined.
- Gently fold in M&M's, white chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, crushed potato chips, and sprinkles. Do not overmix to avoid breaking down the mix-ins.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until light brown.
- Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
Notes
If using salted butter, reduce salt to 1/4 teaspoon since the pretzels and potato chips add significant salt. For thicker cookies, chill dough balls for 20 minutes before baking. Store in an airtight container.
