Christmas Kitchen Sink Cookies

Festive Christmas cookies loaded with a variety of mix-ins including M&M’s, pretzels, potato chips, white chocolate chips, and colorful sprinkles for a fun and delicious treat.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 24 cookies 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Christmas M&M's
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
  • 2 tablespoons red and green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl halfway through.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients slowly until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in M&M's, white chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, crushed potato chips, and sprinkles. Do not overmix to avoid breaking down the mix-ins.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until light brown.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.

Notes

If using salted butter, reduce salt to 1/4 teaspoon since the pretzels and potato chips add significant salt. For thicker cookies, chill dough balls for 20 minutes before baking. Store in an airtight container.
