  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Gently stir in diced celery and fresh dill until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
