For the Crust:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Place chopped hard-boiled eggs in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard to the bowl.
  3. Gently fold in chopped celery, red onion, and fresh dill until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika if desired and serve on lettuce cups or alone.
