			For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberry puree
- 1 cup crushed golden Oreos
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Pour half the batter over crust. Dollop strawberry puree and swirl with a knife. Add remaining batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is set. Cool completely.
- Mix crushed Oreos with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle over cooled cheesecake. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
