For the Crust:
- 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough into greased muffin tin cups to form shells. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon into cooled cookie cups.
- Top with diced strawberries and a drizzle of warmed strawberry jam. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with whipped cream.
