Irresistible Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Delightful cookie cups filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with fresh strawberries.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough into greased muffin tin cups to form shells. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon into cooled cookie cups.
  3. Top with diced strawberries and a drizzle of warmed strawberry jam. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with whipped cream.
