For the Crust:

- 1 1/2 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture, then stir in diced apples.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool muffins for 5 minutes, then drizzle with warm caramel sauce before serving.
