For the Crust:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dried apples
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in caramel sauce, dried apples, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares before serving.
