			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup vanilla custard or pudding
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Alternately add flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with flour. Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely.
- Use a small knife or cupcake corer to remove the center of each cupcake. Fill with custard.
- Heat heavy cream until steaming, then pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Spoon ganache over each cupcake. Chill until set.
