Hot Fudge Pie

A rich and decadent chocolate pie with a gooey fudge center, perfect for chocolate lovers.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped walnuts if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
  6. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
