			For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- 1/4 cup honey (for topping)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 3 tbsp honey. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Stir in dried lavender. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle with 1/4 cup honey before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
