			For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Cream cheese frosting for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
