For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped Twix bars (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Drizzle with 1/2 cup caramel sauce, then spread the remaining filling on top. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, drizzle melted chocolate over the cheesecake and garnish with chopped Twix bars. Slice and serve chilled.
