Homemade No-Bake Twix Cheesecake

A decadent no-bake cheesecake with layers of caramel, chocolate, and a crunchy cookie crust, inspired by Twix bars.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped Twix bars for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Drizzle with 1/2 cup caramel sauce, then top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with chopped Twix bars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
