For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped Twix bars for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Drizzle with 1/2 cup caramel sauce, then top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with chopped Twix bars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
