For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into small patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and paprika to make the special sauce.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a layer of the special sauce on each tortilla.
- Place cooked beef patties on the tortillas, then top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, pickles, and shredded cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
