Homemade Big Mac Wraps With Special Sauce

A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, wrapped in a tortilla for easy eating.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into small patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and paprika to make the special sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a layer of the special sauce on each tortilla.
  4. Place cooked beef patties on the tortillas, then top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, pickles, and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
