Homemade Big Mac Wraps With Special Sauce

A creative twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps capture the iconic flavors without the bun.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
  • 4 soft taco size tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce (to taste)
  • Sliced dill pickles (to taste)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Make the Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, diced dill pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika in a bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. In a medium skillet, cook and crumble ground beef with half of the diced onion until the beef is cooked thoroughly and onions are soft. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  3. If necessary, drain any grease from the pan. Transfer the beef to a bowl.
  4. To assemble wraps, lay tortillas on a clean surface. Add shredded lettuce, sliced dill pickles, cooked beef mixture, the other half of the diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and Big Mac sauce. Fold tortillas as wraps and serve.

Notes

For an authentic Big Mac taste, ensure you use dill pickles and a good quality mayonnaise. You can adjust the amount of cheese and pickles to your liking.
