For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, and 1/2 tsp onion powder to make the special sauce. Set aside.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart. Season with 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and drain excess fat.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a tablespoon of special sauce on each tortilla.
- Divide the cooked beef evenly among the tortillas, then top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, diced pickles, and shredded cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
