- 1 box vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients to prepare it)
- 2 cups peach pie filling
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 fresh peaches, sliced

- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake as directed. Let the cake cool completely.
- Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
- Spread the peach pie filling evenly over the top of the cake, making sure to fill the holes.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the peach layer.
- Top with fresh peach slices, crushed graham crackers, and mint leaves.
- Chill the cake for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
