For the Crust:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread a spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, then roll up from the wide end.
- Dip each rolled dough ball in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat evenly.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
