Gooey Reese’s Cheesecake Cookies

Soft, gooey cookies with a creamy cheesecake center and chunks of Reese’s peanut butter cups.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in chopped Reese’s cups and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
