For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in chopped Reese’s cups and chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
