For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle. Spread softened butter evenly over the surface.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the buttered pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly from the long side. Slice into 1-inch thick rounds and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over warm swirls and top with caramel sauce.
