Gooey Caramel Cinnamon Swirls

Warm, soft pastry swirls filled with cinnamon sugar and topped with a rich caramel glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle. Spread softened butter evenly over the surface.
  3. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the buttered pastry.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly from the long side. Slice into 1-inch thick rounds and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool slightly.
  6. Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over warm swirls and top with caramel sauce.
